Contour punch

Unique bag shapes with a special outer contour can easily be realized with the GKS contour punch. In this way we enable you to realize the individual wishes of your customers with regard to the bag shape.

In connection with specially coordinated sealing tools of a four-seal-edge packaging machine, bag shapes of any kind can be realized, from rounded corners to bottle shapes up to a free-form full contour. Your imagination is the limit!

The entire punching unit is mounted on a trolley that can be locked on the packaging machine. It goes without saying that the punching carriage is fully integrated into the machine's safety circuit. All connections for electrical and compressed air supply are provided with quick-release couplings and enable a quick and easy change.

Driven by a servo motor and synchronized with the flat bag machine, high-precision tools punch out the respective bag shape. While the shaped bags are being ejected or placed on a conveyor belt using a storage system, the lead frame is automatically rolled up.
