The Model 140 feeds cartons from the magazine with a rotary carton placer. This placer fully erects cartons and places them in between transport lugs. Lugs in-turn, transport erected cartons to the product inserter.

The product is transferred from the infeed system into the bucket conveyor and is conveyed to the product inserter. The product is then inserted into an open carton with a barrel cam inserter. A two-gun hot melt system with assistance from plows, folders and compression belts provides full carton closure. A straight or reverse-tuck closure is also available.
