FS 2010 - Forming Machine

From a manual-load magazine, a flat blank is picked up through suction cups and deposited on side guides. A centering device pushes the flat blank and places it over the forming area.During this displacement, special diffusers managed by an electro-pneumatic group, apply rows of hot-melt onto the blank. Then a forming plane, moving from up to down, let the flat carton pass through a fixed hopper for the blank deflection.This hopper, by deflecting in sequence the flaps of the blank, shapes the box. Finally a pusher moves the box to the exit of the machine, ready with its top flat still open, ready for the automatic feeding of products into it.
