• HQ Flexo – Up to 12 colors in one pass, cold foil, stamping, embossing, glitter, and multi panel labels are just the tip of the iceberg. We offer a variety of different materials, laminations, and adhesives. The possibilities are endless.
• Digital Print – CMYK digitally printed labels are a great solution for small runs. They look great, without the added set up cost of flexo printing plates.
• Thermal Transfer -These labels require transfer ribbon. Which is a thin film, wound on a roll that has a special wax or resin coating on one side. As the ribbon and label pass over the printhead, the ribbon’s coating is heated and it is transferred from the ribbon to the surface of the label. Thermal transfer labels typically last longer and can withstand harsher storage or transportation conditions than direct thermal labels.
• Direct Thermal – These have a special coating on the surface of the label that allows them to be printed. For direct thermal printing, no ribbon is required. The labels come in direct contact with the printhead, which heats up the special coating on the label to produce the printed image.
