Semi-Automatic Plastic Lid Press
It is adjustable to accommodate 2 to 7 gallon containers. It securely compresses plastic lids onto pails, including all DOT specified pails.
A lid is placed on the container, which has been manually positioned under the press plate. Two buttons are then pressed simultaneously and a pneumatic cylinder activates the press plate to close the container. Releasing one or both of the buttons, shifts the flow, causing the cylinder to retract. Available options are stainless steel, castors, conveyor, and the ability to close both plastic and metal lids on one machine.
