Flow heater

Flow heater

We have been manufacturing industrial furnace systems since 1969. Our ovens and dryers offer temperature constancy, quality and efficiency for your requirements due to optimally adapted air flow. Due to their wide range of uses, our dryers are used in a wide variety of industries. In plastics processing, for example, a consistently high quality can only be achieved if suitable heating and drying equipment is used in the most varied of production stages. It starts with the drying of the granulate, continues with the heating of the tools and ends not least with the tempering or other forms of post-heat treatment of workpieces. Whether standard version or according to your specifications, we will find the right solution for your application. The spectrum ranges from the simplest standard furnace to complex furnace designs with demanding process and control requirements. Our specialist department plans and implements your perfect furnace together with you. Reliability and efficiency are "standard" in our products. This is indicated by the spare parts inquiries for furnaces from the 1960s, for which the supply of spare parts is still secured today. Trust in our more than 50 years of competence in the manufacture of industrial furnace systems. This is indicated by the spare parts inquiries for furnaces from the 1960s, for which the supply of spare parts is still secured today. Trust in our more than 50 years of competence in the manufacture of industrial furnace systems. This is indicated by the spare parts inquiries for furnaces from the 1960s, for which the supply of spare parts is still secured today. Trust in our more than 50 years of competence in the manufacture of industrial furnace systems.

APPLICATION AREAS

Continuous heaters are used for continuous heating, thermal treatment of cables, metal strips, plastic profiles, etc. required in the manufacturing process. Several flow radiators can be coupled with one another. This means that different temperatures can be set, for example in the inlet and outlet zones. Deflection rollers that extend the throughput time and thus the dwell time of the material to be heated are possible. This design is advantageous if the floor space is limited. Energy savings through adjustable covers have been implemented on the inlet and outlet side. The absolutely necessary integration into a customer's control system via corresponding actuators and sensors takes place in close consultation with the customer.
