STAND UP POUCH MACHINE
Our classic pouch (sometimes called Doypack) filling range. Primarily designed for the medical and pharmaceutical industries and for the food industry, this equipment is always popular because of its versatility and ability to pack a wide range of products, it is suitable for filling flat bottomed or sealed bottom pouches and doypacks.
Applications include:
- Powder: powdered drinks, milk powder, sauce and cake mixes (auger system)
- Granular and dry products: coffee, tea, biscuits, snacks, sugar, seasoning, tablets, pet food (volumetric, measure or scale)
- Liquid: detergent, shampoo, plant food, drinks (piston pump or rotary pump)
- Paste: retort food (spiral pump or rotary pump)
IPS-8BT, IPS-8BT XL, IPS-8BT duplex – Eight Stations Filling and Sealing machine for pre-made pouches
This rotary pouch machine fills and seals prefabricated stand-up pouches (flat bags, zip-lock bags, zipper bags). The compact design is space-saving and can be easily adjusted to different bag widths. Without time-consuming set-up times, it is a cost-effective alternative to complex linear filling machines. The stand-up pouches are transported via bag magazine and are filled and capped in 8 workstations.
IPS-1BT, IPS-1BT-Z and IPS-1BT-XL – Single Station Filling and Sealing Machine for Pre-made Pouches
Intermittent single station filling machine for pre-made pouches and doypacks, such as flat and stand-up pouches. An ideal first step into the automation process, many of our customers use this as their entry level machine before moving onto the faster IPS-8BT.
Doypack Packing process:
- Pouch feeding conveyor and pouch pick up
- Date coding – zipper open device (option)
- Pouch top and bottom opening
- First filling position, second filling position
- Second sealing position (cold seal)
- Pouch outfeed conveyor
All our pouch machines are easily integrated with various filler options, such as auger, multi-head, volumetric, liquid, paste and other dosers which make it an excellent choice for a wide variety of products. They are also easy to clean and with an intuitive touch screen operating system.
