Automatic and Semi-Automatic Equipment

Weighing and Scaling– we offer a range Multi-head weighers (MHW) and linear-head weighers. These are often the first step to automation and we work with you to future proof your equipment, so you can easily upscale kit from semi automation to full automation. For factories where the weighers are in contact with food we use hygienic stainless steel.

Volumetric Filling

• Granule: coffee, biscuits, snacks, sugar, seasoning, tablets (volumetric, measure or scale)
• Powder: powdered drinks, milk powder, sauce and cake mixes (auger system)
• Liquid: detergent, shampoo, plant food, drinks (piston pump or rotary pump)
• Paste: retort food (spiral pump or rotary pump)
• Other: small parts, frozen products, meat, cereals, vegetables and confectionery etc.

Conveyor and Product Transfer Systems – We offer a range of different conveyors including the Z-feed, which is great for transporting products at a sharp angle – very useful when space is limited or it needs to reach over other equipment. We can also offer electric conveyor belts, rolling conveyor belts and rotary collecting plates.

Platforms – We can build platforms to help you access all areas of the machine, ensuring that it is safe and easy to use, clean and maintain your equipment.

Labelling Equipment –  We offer a variety of labelling solutions for a wide range of packaging options  including; wrap-around labelling of bottles and other cylindrical products, as well as in the top or bottom labelling of boxes or other flat products.
