The Auto-Max™ automatic cap tightener tightens screw-on caps onto containers at speeds of up to 105 caps per minute. The Auto-Max™ automatic capping machine offers extreme flexibility. It can be purchased with a single capping head or with up to four capping heads to increase speed and productivity. It can tighten caps as small as 10mm to as large as 130mm and accommodate bottles from 0.5 inches to 12 inches wide. The integrated design makes changeover from one application to the next fast and easy.
The Auto-Max™ automatic screw capping machine features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. It displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has tightened and the production rate in bottles per minute. All program adjustments are at your fingertips to provide you with complete control over the capping machine. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.
The capping heads installed on the Auto-Max™ provide outstanding repeatable torque accuracy. The torque output is easily adjustable by rotating an external torque dial. Optional oil-free capping heads, stainless steel capping heads and exhaust capture capping heads are also available. The Auto-Max™ is constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for exceptional corrosion resistance as well as excellent strength and durability.
