Heavy Duty Construction:

Polished 304 Stainless Steel sides and rails, reinforced polyamide (nylon) with SS hardware brackets and tripod stands Delrin tabletop chain. Double rails available.

Easy adjustable (no tools) rails, single rails shown. Standard conveyor widths are 3-1/4”, 4-1/2” and 6”.

Modular Sections:

For versatility, sections can be added from 6” to 48” in 6” increments. Heavy duty Bottle Spacing Unit with variable speed DC controls.

Standard Drive can pull up to 60 ft. of conveyor. Variable speed DC motor TEFC NEMA 4 shown. This unit can be easily upgraded to NEMA 4x or wash-down motors.
