Cap Elevator Model LCE

The Lazar Cap Elevator Model LCE is easily integrated into any production line. The LCE has chain widths available from 6 to 30 inches and speeds ranging from 50 to 600 caps per minute. Bulk cap hoppers are available from 5 to 11 cubic feet depending upon the conveyor chain width and cap dimensions used.

The caps are elevated on a special, custom designed belt from the floor level bulk cap hopper. The LCE has an all stainless steel construction, NEMA 4 control panel, fiber optic sensors for feed control, and easy "No Tool" adjustable, polycarbonate plastic cap guards - standard on the Model LCE.
