Inline Retorquer Model LCT20-SS

The LCT20-SS "Lazar Cap Torque Space Saver" is a heavy duty machine designed to tighten caps and pump / trigger sprayers. This machine is a "retorquer"--mostly used to "re-torque" caps that have "backed off" after the induction sealing process. (During the heating of the induction sealing process some plastic / metal caps can become loosened.) The "Space Saver" has a very small foot-print at only 27" x 28".

“No Tools” Required:

The LCT20-SS is adjusted using hand knobs / cranks and simple variable speed motor controls all located in the front for easy adjustment.

Portable:

The LCT20-SS is mounted on casters for easy portability. Designed to be moved from line to line using the C-frame base to compliment any conveyor system.

Accessible:

User-friendly with complete visibility of all dynamic parts. Also, the LCT20-SS has a unique feature which allows the user / mechanic to gain access to the electric box from behind the machine and the belt box from above the machine via a top door.

Security:

Like most Lazar machines, the LCT20-SS is equiped with safety emergency stop switches on all opening doors.
