Digital technology has come a long way since our first experience during the 90’s and after carefully consideration we decided to purchase the HP Indigo. It’s suitable to service both our existing clients requiring special VDP and technical labels whilst improving the speeds to be more economical to attract new customers for either small or medium quantities.

Our new HP Indigo digital press has seven colours enabling us to not only offer four colour process but CMYK+OVG which is the closest method of printing to match to Pantone colours. To achieve this we use the latest EskoArtwork system. The three additional heads make it possible to offer spot colours and whites to print window stickers or POS labels on clear substrates to the highest HD quality.

Finishes for your Digital Labels.

We can finish our labels with matt, satin or full gloss varnishes. We can also over-laminate for weather and chemical protection. Using metallic materials with and/or without white ink can create fantastic “foil look” labels whilst still enabling the use of the full colour spectrum in a metallic appearance. If you prefer, we can use combination printing and Flexo print “Cold foils” both metallic and holographic and then re-register to print the remaining label digitally.

Formats.

Reels – Small reels for hand application or large reels for automated machine application. With our on-site laser core cutter, every reel we finish has full width cores. Core sizes available are 12.7mm to 101.6mm

Sheets – Using our high speed sheeter press we can also supply your labels either in or multiple up on a sheet.

Folded – Fanfolded (ZigZag) perfed to suit for great storage, suitable for feeding through over printers.
