Flow Wrapping

Flow wrapping is a fast and highly cost-effective way to pack a wide range of products or promotional items.

At Marsden Packaging our flow wrapping services are available for packaging either in a multi-bag format or products which have been pre-loaded into acetate trays. Flow wrapping is perfect for packaging anything from food products or beauty products, right through to promotional items to be included inside another packed product.

Our flow wrapping utilises food grade polypropylene which is then crimp sealed at the top and bottom with a fin seal running down the back of the pack, making flow wrapping the ideal packaging solution for small portions of food products such as confectionery. Products of various sizes can be flow wrapped but the process is best suited to smaller items, designed to be sold individually or included with other items.

Flow wrapped items can be presented in either a clear or printed film. Clear flow wrapping is an effective way to package small items inside larger packages, for example free gifts, whilst printed, full-colour flow wrapping is a great way to promote your promotional items to their best advantage. Euro slot cut outs can be created on line to enable Flow Wrapped packs to be hung on Euro Slot point of sale hangers if required.
