Die Cutters
OVERVIEW
Die cutting is a process that utilizes rotary or flat dies to make cuts and creases on a box. It’s especially useful for adding unique or unusual cuts, slots, scores or creases, including perforated lines and ventilation or access holes.
At Mid-America Display, we believe in providing you with the best possible products. That’s why we’ve invested in large format and high-speed die cutting technologies. At Mid-America Display, we’re committed to “yes,” which means that no idea is too small, too big, too out of the box. As a dedicated partner, we’re driven to help bring your ideas to life.
Equipment
At Mid-America Display, we utilize both flatbed and rotary die-cutting. The Young Shin Zenith 210S Plus can cut up to 5,000 sheets per hour at sizes up to 82” by 59”. It easily cuts single and double wall corrugated materials, foam core and plastic corrugated and paperboard down to .060 point.
