MULTIVAC palletising units can handle a wide range of plastic and cardboard boxes, either as individual items or stacks and can be used with pallets in many different sizes. The software also enables operators, who are not specially trained, to produce a wide variety of palletising patterns.

A modular system enables the palletising units to be individually designed in their grippers, state-of-the-art sensors, and infeed as well as discharge systems. This makes it possible to adapt each palletising unit perfectly to the particular product, capacity, footprint, and upstream or downstream process. Installed palletising units can easily be equipped with additional functions.

The control of the palletising unit can be integrated into the line control. It is operated reliably and conveniently via a separate HMI. The high level of precision and reproducibility make a major contribution to the process reliability of the unit.
