Foil packaging

Neal Brothers have pioneered the use of foil packing. To prevent corrosion, barrier foil bags control the relative humidity to below 40% by minimising the rate of water vapour ingress. With a transmission rate of up to 80 times lower than polythene this provides a more cost effective use of desiccants in accordance with BS1133 s19.

Odour transfer, UV radiation and physical damage to the contained product can be avoided with the use of foil bags.
