Automatic Pouching System for Medical Products

The Rollbag R3200 HS Med is a validatable pouching system for automatic packaging. The Rollbag R3200 HS Med automatic bagger is designed for cleanroom use and can package products at speeds of up to 40 bags per minute using Tyvek® or medical-grade paper rollstock tubing. The Rollbag R3200 HS Med automates the process of labeling, filling, and sealing medical products that are packaged in Tyvek pouches with a chevron seal and need to be sterilized as well as metallized polyester foil pouches.
