P5100 TS

Penta 5100 TS is the second generation of the horizontal packaging machines Pentavac.

It has been born to respond the expectations of a wide and demanding customer base, with particular reference to hardware products, among which we mention

home furnishings, sanitary and industrial fittings, and generally all the products which cannot be moved by means of gravity or of a chain belt.

Through Penta 5100, the product is placed directly on the film surface, without any contact with the conveyor belt.

With manual feeding of the product, the loading position on the conveyor belt is marked by light beam emitters,

positioned by the operator in a quick and easy way, avoiding the use of any mechanical stopper.

Accessories: photocell for print registration, eurohole device, check-weigher device, thermal transfer printer, labelling device, jumbo reel holder for expanded film.
