WHY USE DIE CUT BOXES?

The advantage for die cut boxes is they can be constructed by hand without using glue or tape, instead the cardboard uses tabs to lock into itself to keep it secured.

For certain styles of boxes you will need a cutting tool, or if you require a bespoke fitment to a box, this can be achieved with a cutting tool. This method provides a lot of opportunity for bespoke designs. The offset of this is, a cutting tool is a one off extra cost which has to be factored in.
