Plexpack’s ABS integrated system provides an ideal all-in-one automated solution for a wide range of food, coffee, confection, grain, and other dry flowable filled bags up to 2 lbs (907.2 grams). The ABS combines robust, stainless steel bag sealers with food grade bag presenters, hoppers, spouts and conveyors to produce hermetically sealed packages up to 9” (22.86 cm) wide and 12” (30.48 cm) tall. The ABS delivers strong, attractive seals on any heat sealable material up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/15 micron).

The ABS combines robust, stainless steel bag sealers with food grade bag presenters, hoppers, spouts, and conveyors to produce hermetically sealed packages weighing up to 10 lbs (4.54 kilograms), and with dimensions up to 12” (30.48 cm) wide and 16” (40.64 cm) tall. The ABS delivers strong, attractive seals on any heat sealable material up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted).
The modular ABS is made-to-order and customizable to fit your unique application. Infeed rails and conveyors are customizable to specific applications. Validatable and vacuum gas flush options are available for customers requiring optimum freshness and shelf life.
Sealing and filling processes on the ABS can be adjusted to accommodate variations in product and bag material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag.
The standard 5.7 inch color touchscreen controller simplifies operation and package customization. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up for all sealing, filling, counting, and weighing processes. Settings are available in imperial or metric measurements. The easy-to-use touchscreen provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting data and many user selectable preferences and management features.
The standard color touchscreen controller can be paired with a wide range of checkweighers, ink printers and metal detectors.
