VALMATIC UNI-DOSE SERIES

ValmaticMi.Ri. is an automatic machine for filling, sealing and shearing of pre-formed vials and unit-dose in plastic film. It is a simple in-line structure and its use is ideal for small companies and laboratories with limited production. The material supply of the machine is made from reels of film already pre-formed with containers at fixed space and open top for filling and sealing.

The capacity of the filling is from 2 to 15 ml with customized shapes available. Mi.Ri. can fill liquid products with different viscosities. Discharge from machine has a production strip of filled and sealed containers, the containers strip can have a variable length and the containers of the same strip are easily detachable from each other via a pre-cutting tool. Mi.Ri. is an entirely pneumatic automatic machine and is managed from an operator panel that allows set-up for production speed, strip length and sealing temperature.
