Its web offset equipment are capable of performing considerably voluminous printing jobs from A to Z in a very short time. The web offset equipment of Promat can print, fold, cut, bind and package 750 copies of a 32-page magazine or insert in 4 colors per minute. This rate corresponds to 45,000 copies per hour and 1,000,080 copies per day.

Its technology consists of printing quality control system, automatic plate changer and KHS system and shortens the preparation and printing times. The KHS system also adjusts the registrations and colors, and registers the folding jobs.

This technology reduces the workload and waste paper. The printing quality assessment system (PAQ-W) for the web offset presses automatically finds out faulty prints; the Full-AHC system can automatically change eight plates in two minutes.
