Description

Our semi-automatic pouch opening and filling machines accurately fill most types or size of plastic pouches with hot or cold liquid, semi-liquid and suspended solid products. Designed for pouches with a "gusset style" base, the opening aspect relies on an operator to push a flat pouch onto the blue cone which uses clean filtered air to form it prior to the filling stage. This filling machine is available with a 40 or 100 litre capacity hopper, or supplied as a direct connection to a cooking kettle outlet.
