StretchPacking - The alternative to Shrink Wrapping
Secondary shrink-wrapping collation is a well-established low-cost method of collating and packing many goods. StretchPacking is an alternative to traditional shrink wrapping by tightly bundling goods together using much less film and no heat tunnel required. The subsequent tightness of the wrapped goods also invariably increases the amount of goods that can be stacked onto a pallet and increases savings significantly.

The machine is easily changed over for different sizes of products via an intuitive user HMI interface allowing recipes to be stored and minimal tool changing required.
The StretchPacker can be equipped with numerous upstream product collation systems tailored for the type of product that has to be packed. The machine can perforate the film along the seals allowing the easy merchandising of product eliminating the need for knives to unwrap the product safely without causing damage to the contained product.
