Automatic Case Erectors

F344 is an automatic case erector designed to fold and seal with adhesive tape the boxes bottom flaps. The machine runs at a variable output up to 1100 boxes/hour according to box dimensions. Machine adjustments are simple and fast, and the capable storage can contain up to 150 boxes (with option of extension up to 300 boxes). Two electrical axes (controlled by servo drives) with suction cups activates 2 carriages to take cartons from the boxes storage, to fold and to take them away by drive belts for the bottom flaps folding & sealing. The sealing is done thanks to the most popular SIAT K11R taping unit – 50 mm or 75 mm width. Control panel equipped with: touch screen panel with trouble shooting, automatic "0" setting up, suckers carriages speed adjustment, box counter - box timer, low box storage alarm, low tape/end tape alarm, full line alarm after the machine, and managed by PLC system. Safety protections with switches to disconnect electric & pneumatic circuits if opened
