Automatic Fixed Format case sealer

SM11 is an automatic case sealer with manual adjustment. All the adjustments needed to make the machine fitting the box size in the most suitable way are done manually. For this reason, we suggest using it in long production runs with the same box dimensions. The machine is designed to apply automatically a “C” strip of adhesive tape to the top and bottom of boxes. SM11 is equipped with an automatic four-flaps-folder device and side belts (2 x 75 mm height each) to handle the box. The height of the top taping unit can be manually adjusted from a min of 480 mm up to 820 mm. Side pressure rollers to keep top flaps one close to the other, SM11 has side safety protections connected to electro-pneumatic disconnection switches.
