Semi-Automatic Random Case Sealer

XL46 is a semi-automatic random case sealer with random adjustment. The machine is designed to apply automatically a “C” strip of adhesive tape to the top and bottom of boxes using the most popular Siat taping unit K11 (50 mm width) and K12R (75 mm width). On the XL46 version, the rest position of the top taping unit is DOWN: the boxes feeding is performed manually by an operator. On the XL461 version, the rest position of the top taping unit is UP: thanks to some devices, the boxes feeding is performed automatically (but – instead of SM44 range, the box should be pre-closed before). The machine can be inserted in an automatic line thanks to the opportunity to adapt the system height due to the extruded aluminium telescopic legs with millimetric guide.

Several devices are on the machine to increase safety such as locked stop emergency and safety protection doors connected to electro-pneumatic disconnection switches button.
