LBV 20 - LBV 050 (special machines for the production of aerosol bags)
The LBV 20 and LBV 050 are intermittently working rotary machines for the production and assembly of aerosol bags (Bag-On-Valve). From the film roll, high-strength bags are produced fully automatically on these systems and provided with special valves. These are also automatically assembled and fed. The finished bags are subjected to a pressure and vacuum test on a clocked chain and then rolled up for easy further processing.
