For clients in manufacturing, contract packaging, shipping, assembly, wire harnessing,E-Commerce, 3PL and others using an automatic tape dispenser, Tach-It has launched three ALL STEEL GEAR, heavy duty, automatic definite length tape dispensers. We are not the first to launch steel working mechanisms into the market, however we are the first in the industry to do this at reasonable costs and with a small footprint to save workspace.

Why is this important? Durability, durability, durability. 

We have three options for you: our 2” tape option: #6115, 3 1/8” tape option: #6180 and our 6” tape option: #6605. All three of these models have the same features to offer you: 4 memory preset buttons, 3 modes including manual, semi-automatic and automatic feed and cut. They all have a guillotine cutter for a straight clean cut that works with virtually any type of packaging tape including filament tape. The encoder gives you accuracy for consistent tape lengths each time used and can provide lengths of tape from one inch to thirty-nine inches.
