Versatile semi-automatic filler for separate (Single) or ribbon-tied (Web) bags

Ideal filler for your medium and large productions, the PREMIA WS filler can manage a multiplicity of recipes and maintain high speeds of up to 540 bags of 3L per hour in "web" mode.

The PREMIA WS semi-automatic filling machine is designed to meet the filling needs of flexible bags from 2L to 20L (in “Web” and “Single” mode), Pouch from 1.5L to 5L (in “single” mode) and Cheertainer® (in "Web" and "Single" mode). It is suitable for all types of liquids and semi-liquids, food or not.

Specificities

• Automatic operation without manual integration of the pocket in "Web" mode
• Start of the cycle (DAS system, Secure Automatic Start), removal of the tap, vacuum of air from the bag, counting and filling, injection and / or flushing of nitrogen, depression of the tap, ejection of the full bag.
• Cutting aid in Web mode and integration of the automated following pocket.

Web / Single modes

• "Web" mode : Automatic feeding of the machine into pockets linked together in ribbon. This pocket technology is recommended for medium and large productions carried out with semi-automatic and automatic filling machines. It allows better ergonomics and productivity gains through the automation (partial or total) of handling operations (loading, cutting, etc.).
• "Single" mode : Manual feeding of the machine into individual pockets. The Single mode is suitable for small and medium productions carried out with semi-manual or semi-automatic filling machines.
