TFT GmbH has been manufacturing drums for the specific requirements of our customers for the cable and wire industry for many years. Our containers are suitable for the transport and storage of the most varied cylindrical metal wires and cables, such as they are used for welding, the electrical industry, the construction of machines and vehicles and in many other industrial fields. .

We manufacture the DKF Solid and DKF Eco wire and cable container models using a parallel or spiral winding process, which consists of joining several layers of high-quality kraft paper.These drums are easy to stack, store and transport and protect their contents from mechanical damage and weathering. Unlike plastic drums, our drums do not block diffusion, which helps prevent the formation of condensation water and thus corrosion of the coiled wire.

The central part of the container, if required, is usually attached to the drum on delivery and suitable for the intended application. It can also be delivered as a moving part on request so that it can be assembled by the customer himself according to his needs.

Depending on their use, the containers can be fitted with different models of cover and base. We also offer different variants of handles.

Many options are available on request: use of composite materials inside or outside (polyethylene, aluminum, silicone, etc.), polyethylene packing bags and various carrying handles. We can also personalize your barrels with paints, labels or individual prints.
