The 850 Series has been designed to fill and wrap butter, margarine and edible fats in various shapes and dimension, e.g. plates, bars and bricks. It represents all major advantages specific for the TREPKO packaging machines.

Flexible dosing system
The vital part of all machines in the 850 Series is the dosing system based on a vertical principle of operation supported by reliable mechanical drives combined with servo technology. Double piston filling allows larger volumes to be filled without compromising the performance of the line
Resting tube for product crystallization is an integrated part of the dosing system and that enables setting the working parameters in accordance with individual processing requirements.
Hygienic solutions & quality
The 850 Series has been prepared to meet the strictest hygienic requirements and challenging working conditions.Therefore,the filling and forming & wrapping equipment have been designed as closed units,so that access to product and packaging procedures is reduced to an absolute minimum. Stainless steel has been used as the main construction material to guarantee the machines' durability. A special feature of diamond-shaped frame helps to keep the machine clean and dry.
Forming & Wrapping Process
The dosing unit can is integrated with a forming & wrapping equipment. Two machine types within the 850 Bulk Filling & Wrapping Series are available. Thus, different formats and sizes of the final unit packaging are available
