Reusable Packaging

Complete closed-loop reusable packaging

Superior circular packaging, made from 100% recyclable materials that can be recycled again and again

What we do

We recognise the impact the supply chain has on the environment and have revolutionised ways to reduce the waste from the industry. With patented technology, it means we have created a secure way to transport your goods, time and time again.

Meeting any requirement from multi printed small 1.5 kilo packs right up to 500-kilo bulk packs, all our reusable packaging is suitable for many applications and industries.

There is a real struggle in finding the ultimate eco-friendly packaging solution. From selecting the right material, which is sustainable; yet still fit for purpose. To the manufacturing process, warehousing, shipping and then waste.

Reusable packaging is certainly one of the three methods used to minimise the environmental impact of your packaging.

Reduced Storage Costs

Tri-Pack packaging can reduce your storage costs and space by as much as 85% due to our unique flat-packed design. Our easy-erect design will complete the box in seconds.

Reduced Delivery Costs

We can reduce your delivery costs as our packaging is light weight and with our unique flat pack design, more packaging can fit on a single pallet.

100% Recyclable

Every component of our packaging; the plastic, glues and inks are 100% recyclable.

Faster Cool Down

Tri-Pack and CoolSeal boxes are tested and proven to cool down products 12 hours faster than traditional polystyrene boxes.

How reusable packaging works

The material of the reusable packaging is key to its success. It needs to be durable and ideally waterproof, with the view for the packaging to the cleaned between uses. Especially if contaminated with soil, dirt, dust or debris. Reusable packaging should not be confused with 'opportunistic re-use' where a product which is intended for single-use is re-purposed. There should be a clear difference in the packagings intended use, whether this be single or multi-use packaging.
