VARIN 20 Semi-Automatic seamer

VARIN 20 Semi-Automatic seamer is completely manufactured in Thailand using the same exacting standards accorded our larger, automatic seamers.

Can size changes : Different can diameter from No.200 to No.700 can be closed with replacement of a few inexpensive change parts and some minor adjustment.

Can Height changes from 1-5/16” to 10” are easily made simply by raising or lowering the lifter plate base screw.

Simple and precise seaming method : The seaming head is of the four rolls mounting on roller bearings. Can remains  stationary while the single, rotating seaming head closes the can.

Accessories : VARIN 20 is also available with optional pneumatic foot pedal or sensor/timer for automatic operation of the lifter plate to speed up production and reduce operator fatigue.

Low operating and maintenance cost : Parts are easily accessible for cleaning, lubrication and maintenance.
