FULLY AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINES - VOLVAC E35

The fully automatic traysealer E35 has been developed in accordance with the design of traysealers . Machine dimensions are 1170x3600x1780 h mm. It can pack between 360-480 cyle and 1.440-1,920 per hour. Pump capacity is 100 and 150 m³. The top film wrap is 720 mm wide. It can process 4 pieces of 190x144x80 plate molds used as a standard side by side.

The fully automatic bowl sealing machine E35 is the model that is ordered by customers, which is generally recommended for mass production vacuum packaging processes. It is a very useful model thanks to its normal and large dimensions due to the large number of products to be vacuumed.

All of our models have a 3-year warranty, CE Certificate and are completely stainless steel AISI304 design. It is the system integrated into the machine according to the vacuuming need. It is included as standard in every manufactured machine. Thanks to the pipes in the inner chamber, it transfers the food gas to the inside during vacuuming. In vacuuming processes with food gas, the quality of the product is preserved for a longer period of time.

During the warranty period, authorized service is provided free of charge. At the end of the warranty period, maintenance and spare parts service is performed by our company, and spare parts are delivered to our customers after the approval of the authorized personnel.
