Roll-ons

Roll-on packaging has been part of the Weener Group's product portfolio for decades. Serving the largest brands in the world, we can capitalize on a wealth of knowledge and experience. The complete package can be offered in a variety of plastic materials, also in PCR. With our innovative solution for the highest product tightness, called SealPack, and our high-quality, lightweight balls, Weener is the perfect partner for new roll-on developments.

3-piece and 4-piece Roll-on packaging
Roll-on packaging can be materialized in 3 or 4 parts. In addition to the bottle, cap and ball, the 4-piece Roll-on contains a ball fitment.

Roll-on Balls
Weener is the global market leader for Roll-on Balls, available in sizes ranging from 0.4 inch (10.16 mm) to 1.4 inch (35.56 mm). A special premium ball with a particularly high-quality surface has been especially developed and manufactured for SealPack. Weener also offers steel balls for a wide range of other cosmetic applications.

Fitment (Housing)
Weener offers various standard fitments for 4-piece Roll-on packaging for different ball sizes. In order to achieve good sealing properties, also for plastic or glass bottles, LDPE is usually used as the fitment material. It is also possible to use Weener's SealPack sealing.
