The foil pouches are opaque sterilisation pouches, incorporating an Aluminium layer for high performance barrier applications. Foil pouches can be peel able, offering clean peel characteristics, or welded with a tear nick to facilitate opening.
The product is available in unprinted or printed designs.
The product can be heat sealed at 130°C – 170°C to achieve a seal strength of >1.5N/15mm.
These pouches are compatible with Gamma/E-beam Irradiation sterilisation processes only.
