Stronger than EPS, expanded polypropylene (EPP) can be used and reused for years. It meets the needs of demanding industries, such as automotive, sports and leisure, electronics, health, HVAC… and is particularly suitable for reusable packaging.

The EPP has the following technical characteristics :

• Resistant to oils, petroleum and chemicals;
• Temperature resistant (-40°C to 110°C);

• Acoustic insulation properties (specific grade).

The EPP is available in interesting specific variants, such as:

• Antistatic or dissipative PPE very suitable for automotive or electronic applications because it protects sensitive electronic products from electrostatic discharge and because it keeps valuable products free from dust.
• Conductive EPP: its superior electrostatic conductive properties make this material particularly suitable for electrical industry returnable containers and anechoic chambers.
• Acoustic EPP which is one of the very few acoustic insulating materials that can be molded.
• The flame retardant EPP with improved properties for fire resistance.
• EPP with grades containing up to 25% recycled EPP (from waste recovered from the oceans);
