Saica Group has announced an investment of more than $110 million to construct its second corrugated packaging manufacturing facility in the United States. The new plant is designed to support the companyβs long-term growth strategy, expand production capacity, and strengthen its ability to serve customers in the North American corrugated packaging market. The facility will integrate manufacturing, converting, warehousing, and office operations within a single site.

The upcoming facility, designed to support long-term growth, will span nearly 350,000 square feet (32,500 square metres). It will be capable of producing more than 1.2 million MSF (110 million square metres) of corrugated packaging. The site will include areas for manufacturing, converting, and production, as well as a warehouse and office space.
Saica aims to create over 50 well-paid full-time jobs within the first two years of operations, eventually increasing to more than 100 positions as the plant reaches full capacity in the following years.
Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2025, with operations expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
