Accurate Box Company is a fourth-generation family-owned manufacturer of custom high-graphic corrugated boxes. We specialize in offset lithography and have the ability to print 7 colors plus a UV coating in a single pass on both small and large runs. Accurate Box also has the ability to print on two sides of the box with the purchase of our new digital printer.

All of Accurate Box’s boxes are 100% recyclable and printed with environmentally friendly inks. MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION

Accurate Box Company’s litho-laminated corrugated boxes are made from three separate sheets of paper. The top sheet is made of SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate). This printing surface compliments our 175 line screen offset/litho printing.

The medium and bottom liners are corrugated materials that come in many different weights, strengths, and colors. We offer B, D, E, and F flute packaging. In the selection of these substrates, we ensure that your box will achieve all of your requirements, including box strength, graphics integrity, and sustainability.

BOX MANUFACTURING PLANT

Our 400,000 square foot plant is located 15 miles from New York City in a HUB/UEZ zone. We ship competitively throughout all of North America by negotiating extremely attractive freight back-haul rates with our carriers. We are also equipped with the most advanced state-of-the-art technology and equipment in our industry.

Each phase of producing our high-graphic boxes is controlled under one roof with KBA Planeta Printing Presses, Bobst Asitrade Laminators, and Bobst Die Cutters. Our workforce is comprised of highly skilled and seasoned craftsmen and women that encompass Accurate Box’s core values.
