WHO WE ARE
Finlogic SpA, current holding of the Finlogic Group , has been active in the Information Technology sector since 2003 with complete solutions for labeling, coding and automatic identification of products.
Listed on the AIM market since June 2017, today it is supported by 7 subsidiaries and aims to become a hub of aggregation and reference for the Italian market, for the production of labels and distribution of automatic identification and 360 ° traceability systems. .
Production
The core business is the production of labels, guaranteed by 60 production lines distributed in the three plants of Acquaviva delle Fonti (Bari), Bollate (Milan) - where the respective commercial and administrative offices are located - and Rottofreno (PC), this one. last headquarters of the subsidiary Staf Srl. The structure is completed by other commercial offices in Rome, Florence, Monza Brianza, Bergamo and Turin, three Show Rooms and seven technical assistance centers .
The strength of the Group
The growth of the group in recent years has been generated by an organic development, as well as by external lines. This has made it possible to expand the product portfolio and the opportunities offered , such as:
- the introduction of customized mobile software for logistics through the subsidiary Mobile Project;
- the internal production of Print & Apply and direct marking systems ;
- the distribution of laser marking systems for durable applications;
- 3D printing solutions , UV plotters and CNC pantographs with the sister company Smart Lab Industrie 3D .
The strength that distinguishes the Finlogic Group is the synergy between skills, ideas and technological innovations. A combination in which all the personnel of the various companies that make up the Group are involved, each with specific and high skills.
Specialists in automatic identification solutions
Established as label manufacturers in 1996, in 2003 Finlogic Srl began to make contact with the main manufacturers of thermal transfer printers for labels and barcode readers , to offer identification and traceability solutions for both products and packaging.
In a few years it has established important collaborations and today directly represents the main players in the automatic identification market: Sato, Toshiba, Citizen, Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, Opticon, Datalogic and Custom , supported by high technical and commercial skills developed over the years by all internal staff.
The certifications
Since 2012 when Finlogic became part of the “Elite” project of the Italian Stock Exchange, there has been an escalation of awards and certifications.
In particular, today Finlogic boasts membership in the AIM AIM of the Italian Stock Exchange , re-branded as Euronext Growth Milan in November 2021 . Consolidated the ISO 9001 certifications which certify the quality of the company and Iso 45001 which guarantees healthy management for health and safety in the workplace.
Finlogic is proud to have obtained the FSC® certification which certifies compliance with the provisions of the law and is the result of proper management of the forest heritage. This certification is a symbol of protection recognized all over the world, which allows us to have an active role in the correct management of natural resources and to guarantee our customers the quality of raw materials.
At the subsidiary Staf's Rottofreno (PC) plant, we also have the RafCycle® certification , which is a service offered by UPM Raflatac, for the recycling of original label waste created to make labels an integral part of the circular economy.

The growth of the Finlogic SpA Group is aimed at creating the first pole of aggregation of companies specialized in the supply of 360 ° solutions in the automatic identification, traceability and labeling sector.
