HASSIA-REDATRON packaging machines are well known for primary packaging of products in the form of fluids, pastes and powders, using flexible packaging materials. They are in use worldwide for packaging food products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household cleaners and chemical products.
Since its founding in 1973, the Hassia-Redatron company has been manufacturing vertical tubular bagging machines, sachet machines and associated dosing systems. All the machines are individually configured to customer specifications and feature state-of-the-art servo technology to meet the high standards required by our customers.
Over the years more than 5 000 machines have been been delivered to our customers. Our current range of machines is well established with many multi-national customers.
HASSIA-REDATRON sachet machines are designed to package products with volumes from 3 to 300 ml, the StickPack machines package products ranging from 1 to 100 ml and the wide range of tubular bagging machines package from 50 g to 50 kg.
Hassia-Redatron has reliable and high-performance dosing systems for primary product packaging. They are also CIP and SIP capable for handling food products and other products in liquid or paste form. The entire product flow in the dosing system and the machine can therefore be reliably cleaned.
Where primary packaging bags are concerned, Hassia-Redatron has already created an exhaustive variety of bags. Tubular bags are also increasingly used for secondary packaging as well.
Hassia-Redatron can supply the entire range with their own brand machines, including the required conveying and testing equipment and integrated systems for printing and labelling.
