Our Story

What started with six full-time employees and five used injection-molding machines has grown into a full-scale, environmentally responsible manufacturing operation with molding, lining and decorating capabilities. With the recent acquisitions of Weatherchem Corporation and Stull Technologies, Mold-Rite now has a broadened footprint that further enhances our ability to deliver.

Founded in 1971, Weatherchem Corporation established itself in the packaging industry with its creative line of plastic dispensing closures for containers and bottles. Creators of the original Flapper® dispensing closure, Weatherchem offers one of the industry's most well-regarded lines of closure product. Other brands in the Weatherchem family include LiquiFlapper®, NutraFlapper®, NutraGen II®, FlapMate® and MegaFlap®.

Since 1947, Stull Technologies has been committed to unique and inventive packaging solutions for our customer’s products. With innovative products like the Ultra Light® hinged liquid dispensing closure, we have a solution for your personal care, household chemicals and pharmaceutical packaging.

Mold-Rite has the most complete collection of child resistant closures on the market, as well as a broad array of jars, continuous thread closures, dispensing closures and specialty caps.
