CEO Kyle Stavig, his brothers, and everyone at Myers Container share the vision of operating an innovative and sustainable company.
In 2007, the Stavig brothers acquired Myers Container and Container Management Services, the fourth generation of the family-owned business dating back to 1917. General Steel Drum of Charlotte, North Carolina was acquired by the Stavigs in February of 2011 and continues to operate independently under its own name and entity. In September 2018, the Stavigsadded North Coast Container in Ohio, also operating under its own name.
The Stavig family’s formula for success is building a collection of brands by acquiring successful companies, enabling their current management teams to maintain their operating independence and thrive, and providing the knowledge, assistance and capital to execute on their growth plans.
