40 Years and Still Going Strong!

Pacon was founded by Robert Austin and two partners in California. Today the company is co-owned between father and son Robert and Michael Austin, Sr.

Pacon Inc. started as a paper converter making pan liners and doilies for the baking industry. As time went on, the need for flexible packaging increased. Pacon took the opportunity to purchase oriented bag netting and convert it into heat-sealed ham bags. Lightweight, flexible packaging continued to grow boosting Pacon to what it is today. Over the years, Pacon continued to innovate by adding Header Bags, Bar Seal Bags, Drawstring Bags and Heat Seal Bags. With a new state of the art digital printing press and a full graphics department, Pacon can produce any custom label or package you desire. It is our commitment to provide the level of service that keeps customers like you coming back for years.

As Pacon continues to grow in the packaging industry, we now have added a full line of Protective Sleeves for the industrial market.
