Skymark is a vertically integrated supplier of recyclable packaging where sustainability, shelf appeal and innovation is at the heart of its investment and day to day activity.
Sustainable packaging includes recyclable PE laminates used across both the hygiene and food sectors.
Shelf appeal is driven by Skymark’s ability to apply patterned and tactile coatings in line and off line to complement their HD Flexo printing capability.
Innovative thinking has resulted in the investment of a unique laser scoring and scribing capability that can be used for many applications including easy opening features and allowing the air to escape from the pack whilst protecting the product inside. This can be used to good affect to avoid packaging inflating during transit.
Our manufacturing capabilities include recyclable cast & blown films, flexographic printing, solvent and solventless lamination, slitting, laser easy open and scribing, conversion and in-house fully accredited recycling.
From our modern manufacturing facility in Scunthorpe, we supply a wide range of products into the food, medical and hygiene sectors globally.
Our sustainability credentials are supported by the manufacture and supply of recyclable packaging, packaging with PCR content and onsite recycling process which recycles up to 550 tonnes of waste packaging every year.
We are committed REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT and developing means of measuring and reducing our CARBON impact from our activities.
