We have specialised in the design and manufacture of liquid filling machines and capping machines since 1983. Our location enables us to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of the beautiful Mid Wales countryside while also being cover the whole of the UK in an effective manner.
With nearly forty years in the industry we remain an independent, family owned company with very little in the way of staff turnover and because of this our nine members of staff are able to draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Filling and Capping Machine Design Service for Automatic and Semi Automatic Systems
Using ‘state of the art’ 3D modelling software we are able to design filling or capping machines to your exact requirements. Design features available include full bottom up filling for foaming or flammable products, top filling for non foaming products and a choice of metering technologies such as positive displacement, flow metering or weighing. Capping machines can include both cap/bottle unscrambling and tightening or simply just tightening.
