Quality Systems

Tungate’s customers can be totally confident in our fully audited and accredited facilities. All manufactured product can be traced back to the individual batch / reel and operator on duty. On site laboratory facilities can test for all aspects of product quality including seal integrity / burst testing, delam / relam, ink key, slip ( COF ), and product resistance. In line inspection across nine presses gives further customer reassurance.
