Film Metallizing

Through aluminum metal melting and vacuum evaporation, the melted metal is being transferred to the film surface (treated side) producing an aluminum like appearance of the film. The machine can produce several kinds of metallized films such as:

1. PET (Polyester) - 10microns to 18microns

2. BOPP (Bi-axial Oriented Polypropylene) - 15microns to 60microns

3. CPP (Cast Polypropylene) - 25microns to 80microns

4. PVC (Poly Vynil Chloride) - 20microns to 80microns

Although the machine can produce several types of metallized films, our production is only limited in producing BOPP & CPP films because of limited types of materials we have and there is no such requirement from the customers.
